The church of St. Theodul with its red onion dome is named after the patron saint of the Walsers, who immigrated to the Landwasser valley towards the end of the 13th century. For centuries, it has served people as a place of prayer and refuge in good and difficult days. Deep inside, the church preserves a precious treasure: the fresco room from the 14th century. The door to the fresco room is on the left behind the pulpit. The Church of St. Theodul lies along the route of the Way of St. James from Müstair to Disentis. The pilgrim's stamp is in the frescoed room.
