In Davos Klosters, Nordic walkers have six signposted routes with varying levels of difficulty and a length of between 2.8 and almost 18 kilometers at their disposal. You will find the right route for every fitness level and training level.

The Nordic walking technique is similar to cross-country skiing and is easy to learn. However, it is more than just a walk, as it trains several muscle groups. There are numerous Nordic walking routes in Davos Klosters.

Circular tours in Davos and Klosters

Davos offers three signposted circular routes of 2.8 km, 8.1 km and 13.1 km in length, which start at the Jakobshornbahn car park and lead via Bolgen through the Clavadeler Forest.

Klosters offers three signposted circular routes of 7.5 km, 13.0 km and 17.8 km in length, which lead from the Alte Eisbahn car park towards Novai. * Alte Eisbahn car park - Mälcheti - 7.5 km - 50 meters in altitude

    Taking big steps

    To get some practice in Nordic walking, it is important to take conscious and extra large steps. This way you activate more muscles in your legs and buttocks. And there is more time to train the muscles with a larger arm swing.
