Those responsible at the renowned consulting firm Innflow AG had booked a ski weekend at Davos Services for the beginning of March 2018, during which team building was the main focus. "We received the order to organise the event for 50 people from A to Z. As a local incentive and event agency, we know how and, above all, where our clients can experience fun and team cohesion," explains Dominik Heeb, Team Leader at Davos Services. And continues: "The advantage of Davos is the huge selection of offers, which we adapt individually to the wishes of our customers and to the weather conditions".
An experience for everyone
The service includes, for example, an on-site site inspection during the planning phase. "We attach great importance to details and were able to reconnoitre the destination in advance with Davos Services", says Patrick Meier, Co-Managing Director and Senior Partner of "Innflow AG", satisfied. Throughout the weekend, the group was accompanied and supported by Davos Services. "We respond to the individual needs of the participants", says Heeb, "as non-skiers were also involved, we also organised other activities in addition to the ski passes".
From winter challenges to horse-drawn sleigh rides
So all participants could enjoy the weekend with a winter challenge on the Jakobshorn, landscape experiences with an evening horse-drawn sleigh ride etc. together. Director Patrick Meier took stock of the weekend: "The cooperation with Davos Services has been excellent. They have responded to our needs and exactly what we had in mind has been fulfilled".
Dominik Heeb, what sets Davos Services apart?
Davos Services is an incentive and events agency linked to the tourism organisation. We organise team events, company outings as well as activities and accompanying programmes for convention participants. In short, we organise events from start to finish – from activities to airport transfers and group hotel accommodation.

Our local knowledge and expertise. We know Davos Klosters like the back of our hand and rely on years of experience. What makes a good event for you?
It’s a successful event for me if guests have a smile on their faces. And the one thing that never ceases to please me is when customers return to Davos Klosters and plan yet another event with us. Then we’ve done everything right.
What is the Davos Services team currently working on?
We have already received enquiries about next winter. At the same time, we are lining up various projects for the summer and autumn. They include an accompanying programme for an American travel company, which is visiting Davos for the fifth time. We are organising a special Swiss Day for them.
What does this Swiss Day include?
It’s a day literally lifted from the Swiss classic novel «Heidi»: We’ll be visiting an alp with cattle, watching the cheesemaker at work over his shoulder or listening to the sound of an alpine horn. With the latter activity, it’s always important that the participants have an opportunity to try it out for themselves. Admittedly they are not all successful but you never hear about that with the souvenir photo (she grins).
Speaking of Swissness, why do you think that it is so popular with guests?
A traditional mountain and nature experience remains longer in the mind, particularly of foreign guests. Sure, we make the most of typical Swiss stereotypes. But that’s precisely what our guests are looking for because they want to experience Swissness. My insider’s tip: Schneider’s Chocolate Show. Guests experience a guided tour through the well-known Davos confectioner’s and even make their own Swiss chocolate.
