JatzPark: Home of the freestyle scene

Davos founded the freestyle scene in the 1980s. At that time, the Jakobshorn was the only mountain where snowboarders were allowed to use the lifts. Today, freestylers meet in the JatzPark to practice the latest tricks on the kickers and rails.

Short, intense runs in a compact, versatile and perfectly groomed park - that's what freeskiers and snowboarders can expect in the enlarged JatzPark on the Jakobshorn. The JatzPark has developed into one of the best parks in the Swiss Alps in recent years. Thanks to its 2300 meters above sea level and modern snowmaking, the JatzPark ensures a long shred winter - with an early start and a late end to the season.

Operating hours

The JatzPark on the Jakobshorn is open daily during winter operation.

Snakes, jumps and turns

The lines are built parallel to the short "Jatz Junior" drag lift. This means that the JatzPark offers enough space for four lines for every skill level: one combined line with rails and kickers for beginners and mediums, one medium rail and one pro kicker line. By the way: after the park, you go straight on to the famous Jatzhütte at the summit with the best parties in Davos. In short: for freestylers and anyone who wants to become one, the JatzPark is a must-visit.
