Cradle of the freestyle scene

The freestyle movement was founded in Davos in the 1980s. At that time, Jakobshorn was the only mountain on which snowboarders were allowed to use the lifts. Today freestylers meet at the JatzPark to practice the latest tricks on the kickers and rails.

Short, intensive runs in a compact, versatile and perfectly prepared park - that's what freestylers can expect in the enlarged JatzPark on the Jakobshorn. In recent years, the JatzPark has developed into one of the best parks in the Swiss Alps. Thanks to its 2,300 metres above sea level and modern snowmaking, the JatzPark ensures a long shred winter with an early start and a late end to the season.

Snakes, Jumps und Turns

The lines are built parallel to the short tow lift "Jatz Junior". The JatzPark thus offers enough space for four lines for every skill level: one combined line each with rails and kickers for beginners and mediums, one medium rail and one pro kicker line. By the way: After the park it goes directly to the famous Jatzhütte at the summit with the best parties in Davos. In short: The JatzPark is a must for freestylers and all those, who want to become freestylers.
