Dogs are liable to pay costs on all local buses in Davos and Klosters as well as the Rhaetian Railway trains. On the Davos Bus network (VBD) children’s fees apply for your dog, in Klosters dogs are charged with half price per ride. When using the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) you pay half fare of a 2nd class ticket even when riding first class. The smallest are free of charge on bus and train; dogs not exceeding a rump height of 30 centimetres can be brought along free of charge when placed in a basket or likewise.

Lecky Trail
Hiking fun for dogs and people: One of Switzerland’s first Lecky Trails, the first one in the canton of Grisons, leads from Madrisa mountain station via Jägglisch Horn to St. Antönien. The dog friendly trail follows route No. 72, the Prättigauer Höhenweg.

Your dog also deserves a little wellness experience during holidays. How about a long shower and a coat-care treatment afterwards? In the „Dog Shower“ on Mattastrasse in Davos you can shampoo, rinse, and blow-dry your dogs dirty coat. The tub is sanitised after each session. The shower room is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Depending on the treatment’s duration, cost vary between CHF 5.- and 15.-.
