From farm to brewery to cheese dairy
Alpinum Schatzalp
Botanical garden with 10'000 plants, about 2'000 different species from different mountains of the world (Switzerland, Pyrenees, New Zealand, Nepal, etc.). Alfred Vogel's medicinal plant garden: collection of plants of modern naturopathy. Between June and September all flowering plants are listed for explanation.

- Open daily from 09:00 to 18:00 h (mid May to end of October)
- Admission: CHF 5
- Children up to 16 years free of charge when accompanied by their parents
- Guided tours: Every Wednesday at 15:30 h guided tour through the botanical garden. Additional costs for the guided tour: CHF 6 per person
Kesslerhof Klosters
The new development, built in 2003, boasts a modern infrastructure and can therefore be utilised in a variety of ways. The farm building provides space for 30 dairy cows and young animals, 20 ewes with lambs and 20 pigs. The farm encompasses 28 hectares and operates in accordance with the guidelines issued by BIO SUISSE . During the summer months the majority of the animals enjoy alpine life. In the winter months the animals live in modern pens.

BierVision Monstein
The highest brewery in Switzerland and the first demonstration brewery in the canton of Grisons is in Monstein. It is housed in the former village dairy, a building that was erected 100 years ago. BierVision Monstein AG uses crystal clear spring water, Swiss hops and aromatic malt to brew Monstein beer specialities in accordance with a richly traditional recipe. Monstein is a picturesque hamlet located 1625 metres above sea level. The typical Walser houses and stilts lend the village with its two churches and two guest houses an unforgettable charm.
Every Friday 16:00 - 19:00 h unguided tours and cosy get-togethers with the brewer. From January to December you can spend a few cosy hours with friends with a brewer's aperitif or in the brewery seminar where you can try your own hand at brewing a beer.
Clavadeleralp demonstration cheese dairy
The Clavadeleralp demonstration cheese dairy is situated at 2,028 metres above sea level and offers guests a stunning view of the alpine panorama. The demonstration cheese dairy can either be reached by taking the Jakobshorn cable car to Jschalp , followed by a 45-minute march on foot, or with the post bus to Clavadel followed by a one-hour walk, or on one of the many alternative marked footpaths from the valley.

Let yourself be inspired by the startup flair of this young Davos company and try our tasty beers produced according to traditional craftsmanship. We produce exclusively with crystal clear water from the Davos mountains and refine it with malt, yeast and exceptional aroma hops.

Demonstration cheese dairy of Davos
Cheese is the oldest way of preserving milk. In the show dairy of the Davos Dairy you can experience how real Davos mountain cheese is made. Look over the shoulders of the master cheesemaker. And best of all: All the products you get to know during the guided tour in the show dairy can also be taken home with you in the direct sale.
