Cultural organisations

The Kulturplatz is the new cultural heart of Davos and a place of encounter, inspiration and exchange. With a screen for great cinema moments and a stage for theater, cabaret, music, dance, exhibitions, readings, discussion groups and much more, the Kulturplatz promotes local cultural life and makes a significant contribution to its attractiveness and diversity. High-quality, interesting, entertaining or sophisticated cultural moments all year round.

The cultural alliance creates spaces for culture and helps to establish them. It makes culture visible through culture boxes and advertising columns. It networks cultural creators and cultural providers and helps to coordinate events and dates with each other and to represent common concerns to politicians and tourism. It also compiles a regional cultural calendar with events from over 20 providers.

The Cultural Secretariat is the central contact point for those working in the arts and organizing cultural events. Interested parties can obtain useful information, advice and support in organizational matters, in the media and sponsorship areas, and in the search for suitable infrastructure. Applications related to the Davos Municipality Cultural Fund are also examined and forwarded here.

The Klosters Cultural Society is a private association with over 400 members. It organizes and hosts theater, concerts, readings and film screenings.
