On New Year's Day 1966, the first guests rode up to Madrisa in silvery gondolas. Sixty years later, the gondolas are blue – and the area's popularity remains undiminished. To mark the anniversary, Madrisa offers various attractions – and the reopening of a legendary ski lift.
Experience Davos Klosters from a different perspective: Our winter guest program consists of over 40 experiences in the categories “Sport & Adventure”, “Kids & Family”, “Art & Culture” and “Sightseeing & Excursions”.
Ready for the challenge? 1,000 vertical metres, a black run, pure adrenaline: the «1k Vertical» on Jakobshorn is not for the faint-hearted. Even downhill world champion and ski ambassador Jasmine Flury approaches the run with respect. And you – have you tried it yet?
Davos aims to become the first climate-neutral holiday resort in Switzerland by 2030. To this end, guests and businesses are jointly feeding the ‘myclimate Climate Fund Davos’, which supports climate projects in the resort. It is operated by the destination organisation, the municipality and the myclimate foundation.
