The Nutli Hüschi, a typical Walser house from the 16th century, was purchased and restored by Dr.h.c. Fritz Schoellhorn in 1918. It has been a museum since 1925. It houses a collection of old utensils, furniture and tools from Klosters and the surrounding area. The museum provides insights into the traditional way of life and architecture of the Walser people. In 1954, Dr Georg Schoellhorn, son of Fritz Schoellhorn, donated the museum to the municipality of Klosters. Since 1997, a stable has been added to the museum, and since 2017, the Bachhüschi. The many special features and the annually changing special exhibitions allow for new discoveries time and time again..
