By the way, the local mountain of St. Moritz has set an important mark in history books, as this is where winter tourism began.

On Diavolezza, you will be closer to the mountain landscape than anywhere else. Here, you can see the four-thousand-metre Piz Bernina and the impressive Piz Palü rise up before you and the Pers Glacier and Morteratsch Glacier beneath your feet.

There are several ice rinks and the famous St. Moritz Lake, which freezes over in winter.

The Olympia Bob Run St. Moritz-Celerina is the oldest bobsleigh track in the world.

Across the frozen lakes or through snow-covered forests into one of the side valleys - in the Engadin you will find many varied winter hiking routes and marked snowshoe tours. With over 250 kilometers, there is something for every taste.
