Easy: Schatzalp – 9 km – 230 m+
Perfect for beginners or as a leisurely after-work ride: This varied tour leads along pleasant gravel paths with gentle climbs and relaxed descents up to Schatzalp – the “magic mountain” of Davos. Once at the top, you will be rewarded with a magnificent view before the leisurely descent back down to the valley.
Medium: Clavadeleralp – 15 km – 550 m+
This tour requires a bit more stamina, but rewards you with alpine charm and culinary highlights. The varied ascent to Clavadeleralp leads through beautiful landscapes and ends at an inviting show dairy and a typical mountain restaurant. Our tip: Combine your outing with a leisurely Sunday brunch – the perfect combination of exercise and enjoyment.
Hard: Schlappin – Kübliser Alp – 25 km – 1000 m+
A sporting challenge amidst breathtaking scenery: From Klosters, the route initially heads towards Madrisa before continuing into the Schlappintal valley. Surrounded by an impressive mountain panorama, the trail leads into the valley, where the cozy Berghaus Erika mountain inn offers a welcome break. Refreshed, the route continues over increasingly rugged terrain into the wild and romantic valley to the Kübliser Alp. From there, the trail leads back to Klosters Platz – varied and interesting right to the end.
Staibock: Madrisa – 28 km – 1130 m+
This tour is a real challenge – strong calves are a must. After starting in Klosters, the first descent leads towards Saas before the steady climb to Madrisa begins. Once at the top, inviting restaurants and cafes offer a welcome break with a view. Afterwards, you roll downhill back to Klosters village and then continue up to Platz – a sporty experience with a panoramic alpine vista. Those who want to ride a bit longer and enjoy the route a little longer can easily add the Schlappin tour to this one.
