Legendary Alpine passes, winding valley roads and excellent road conditions: Davos Klosters is an ideal starting point for motorbike tours. No wonder: the Flüela, Albula, Julier, Ofen and Bernina passes can be combined with a spectacular ride from here.
In Davos Klosters, the most beautiful motorbike tours start right outside the hotel door. A ride over the Flüela Pass is almost a must. Many people love this route as it is very smooth to ride. And with good reason: the 17 hairpin bends are of all kinds: from tight hairpins to very long bends.
Highlight from Wägerhus to the top of the pass
The Flüela Pass is particularly good on a motorbike. A favourite section for many motorcyclists leads from the Wägerhus car park up to the top of the pass at almost 2,400 metres. The combination of bends is impressive - and puts a big grin on your face. Tip: If you don't have heated grips, you should definitely take a pair of thick motorbike gloves with you.
Break tip at the Gran Tour photo point
Another highlight of the Flüela Pass is the panoramic view. And there are more than enough of them on this motorbike route. No wonder: there are always plateaus, a few straights and with few trees, you can always see further than the next bends. The spot by the Gran Tour sign with a bench and barbecue area is a great place to take a break. It is usually quieter here than at the top of the pass.

A free car park for your motorbike, tour tips and meetings with like-minded people: The Kessler's Kulm Hotel on the Wolfgang Pass and the Hard Rock Hotel Davos have specialised in motorbike guests, among other things. The latter even offers guided tours with a certified motorbike guide. You can feel a bit like in the cult biker film Easy Rider. Because that feeling of freedom is also present in Davos Klosters when you take to the mountain passes at the wheel of your bike. Hum! Hum!
