Anyone taking a bus across the runway to their aircraft at Zurich Airport may find themselves sitting in a bus bearing the logo and images of Davos Klosters. The images showcase the diverse landscapes of our destination and invite you to dream. A family hike in one of our side valleys, a summit tour at sunrise, a rapid descent with panoramic views on our trails by bike, or a relaxing stay in one of our numerous spa hotels.
The buses have been rolling back and forth between the gates and the aircraft in their new livery since the beginning of the year and are expected to do so for the next ten years. A few more statistics: In 2019, all buses at Zurich Airport made a total of 137,000 journeys and transported 5.6 million passengers. The Davos Klosters bus is therefore an attractive advertising platform for the destination and will hopefully attract some international guests to the region. Thanks to the partnership between Switzerland Tourism and Zurich Airport, all buses have a uniform image that also mentions Switzerland Tourism. Individual advertisers, such as destinations or mountain railway operators, can determine the images used themselves.
Important information: The Parsennbahn is out of service this summer due to maintenance work.
