Sato Code and the Swiss Youth Hostels' outdoor escape games bring a breath of fresh air to the variety of activities in Davos Klosters – one digital, modern and spontaneous, the other classic, hands-on and ideal for families. Two formats, one goal: excitement, teamwork and a very special way to discover the region.
Sato Code – the escape room across the town
With the Sato Code app, Davos or Klosters itself becomes the playing field. Instead of being confined to four walls like in a classic escape room, the game leads you through alleys and parks to hidden corners. The clues could be anywhere: The boundaries between the virtual and real worlds are disappearing.
In Davos, the Omega Codex must be uncovered; in Klosters, the Keepers' secret awaits to be deciphered. What's special about this game: No reservation or prior knowledge is necessary; just a smartphone, one other player, and a desire for a little adventure.
Swiss Youth Hostels' Outdoor Escape Games
In the Swiss Youth Hostels' Outdoor Escape Games, teams experience an exciting mission full of puzzles, clues, and tricky decisions surrounding the youth hostel's location. The combination of GPS geocaching and augmented reality technology is aimed at all guests of Davos Klosters, regardless of whether they are staying overnight at the hostel.
Two missions with varying levels of difficulty are available. Using a provided tablet, up to five groups can embark on an interactive tour through Davos and immerse themselves in the captivating story. Brainpower, cooperation, and a keen eye for detail are required. For rainy days, an offline version is also available, which can be played indoors.
