Grand reception for Christian Biäsch

The Davos-based Swiss wrestler capped off an exceptional season by winning a wreath at the Federal Swiss Wrestling Festival in Mollis. A reception is being held in his honor.
The strong season of Davos wrestler Christian Biäsch already gave an indication of things to come: after his victory at the Sertig-Schwinget in July, he capped his performance at the 2025 Swiss Wrestling and Alpine Festival with a hard-fought and well-deserved wreath. This achievement places Biäsch among the “New Swiss,” marking a milestone in his career.
Davos is honoring Christian Biäsch’s outstanding season with a fitting celebration. On Friday, September 12, the parade will begin at 6 p.m. from Arkadenplatz in Davos. Afterwards, the ceremony with musical entertainment will start at around 6:45 p.m. in the festival tent near the Kurpark.
