"Donnschtig-Jass" has shaped Switzerland's Jass culture for 42 years – and delights young and old across the country. In each episode, two communities from the same canton compete against each other. The best Jass players from each community battle it out in five rounds for victory – and thus for the home game the following week.
Big names, big stage
The legendary SRF summer tour "Donnschtig-Jass" will stop in Graubünden in 2025. Whether Davos or Klosters will be the host city will be decided just one week beforehand in a thrilling Jass duel between the two communities.
One thing is already certain: On July 24th, the best entertainment awaits with familiar faces, music, and pure Jass fever – live in our region and on television.
The celebrity guests in Davos Klosters will be Sandra Studer and Hazel Brugger, the charismatic presenters of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel.
Oesch's die Dritten, Gigi "Wolke," and the Partyhelden will provide the musical ambiance.
A festival for everyone – no ticket required
If you want to be there live, you don't need a ticket: just come along and enjoy. The supporting program, with rehearsals and refreshments, starts at 1 p.m. The dress rehearsal takes place at 4 p.m., before the live broadcast begins at 8:05 p.m. on SRF 1.
Whether you're a local or a guest from home or abroad, "Donnschtig-Jass" offers a unique opportunity to experience living Swiss traditions up close. The event is a true summer highlight for the whole family and a special tip for holidaymakers who want to get to know the country and its people.
