Christmas magic in Davos Klosters

The anticipation for the holidays is growing. In Davos Klosters, the Advent season is ushered in with atmospheric Christmas markets. Regional products, warming mulled wine, and festive music create magical moments and cozy gatherings.

The festivities kick off on November 22nd with the Serneuser Christmas Market. From delicious treats and musical entertainment to candle making for children, the village center becomes a meeting place for young and old.

On November 23rd, the Davos Glaris Advent Market follows. Numerous regional exhibitors offer handmade goods, gift ideas, and delicious treats. Enjoy mulled wine and homemade pastries – a wonderful way to usher in the Advent season.

At the end of November, there's double the fun: The Klosters Christmas Market (November 29th) invites visitors to linger with a barbecue, raclette, a coffee shop, and a visit from St. Nicholas at 5 pm. A special highlight this year is the festive lighting of the large, illuminated Christmas tree in Klosters' train station square – a radiant symbol of the start of Advent. At the same time, the Arkadenplatz Davos transforms into a festively decorated winter village with 28 lovingly decorated stalls, handicrafts, and fine specialties.

On December 12th and 13th, the Christmas Market on the Seehofseeli Davos creates a particularly contemplative atmosphere. On the frozen lake, visitors can expect sparkling stalls, music from the Salvation Army brass band, and Santa Claus and his helper, Schmutzli, with their donkey.

The Winter Magic Klosters provides a dazzling finale from December 20th to 30th. Illuminated squirrels, imaginative light installations, a diverse facade projection, and changing culinary stalls make the Montana area a winter wonderland for the whole family.
