25 years of Davos Klosters Sounds Good, 40 years of the Davos Festival – music events have a long tradition in Davos Klosters. As usual, this year's Davos Klosters Sounds Good will feature top bands from a variety of genres, performing at various, sometimes unusual locations throughout the destination (keyword: Eau-Là-Là). There will also be a long-awaited comeback: the ever-popular Jazz Train will once again run between Davos and Klosters. The musical journey departs from Davos Platz on July 5th at 10:05 a.m. and ends in Klosters Platz at 4:05 p.m. Food and drink, and of course, the best musical entertainment, will be provided along the way. Tip: With the "Davos Klosters Card Private," second home owners receive a festival pass (excluding the Jazz Train) for CHF 55 instead of CHF 65.
The Davos Festival proves that music isn't limited to concert halls. Year after year, it offers young classical talent a stage – in churches, at ice rinks, or even on hikes. 2025 marks the 40th anniversary of this traditional event. The third festival in the series is also dedicated to classical music: Klosters Music, which features top-class classical acts in a stunning mountain setting. From July 26 to August 3, the program includes Sir András Schiff, Nikolai Lugansky, the Amatis Trio, the Schumann Quartet, and the humorous duo Igudesman & Joo. They are accompanied by outstanding orchestras such as the Munich Chamber Orchestra, the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen and the City Light Symphony Orchestra.
