For CHF 69, you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat experience with appetizers, a dessert buffet, and a selection of grilled classics. The highlight: Anatoli's legendary spare ribs! Tender, aromatic, and falling off the bone. The meat comes from the Klosters meat center, less than 200 meters away: beef entrecôtes, chops from Monsteiner Treberschwein (a local pork dish) or a tomahawk steak to share. Fish and vegetable lovers will also find something to their liking with creative offerings and trout from Klosters.
With advance notice, we also serve a local tomahawk steak for groups of two or more.
