The natural phenomenon can be observed from 7:25 p.m. and reaches its peak at 8:18 p.m., before the sun sets at 8:33 p.m. At this late time, the solar eclipse is best visible from the Jakobshorn mountain in Davos. Due to the rarity of this natural spectacle, the Jakobshorn gondola will run exceptionally between 6:15 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. for all interested parties (pedestrians only).
