Programme
In the stillness of nature, you reconnect with yourself. Slow down your pace, deepen your breath and become aware of the present moment. Step by step, you immerse yourself in the natural surroundings – far away from pressure and everyday thoughts.
Guided by simple breathing, movement and observation techniques, you sharpen your senses. Through various movement techniques, you become more aware of the contact between your feet and the ground.
These walks are suitable for everyone – no previous experience is required. The focus is not on distance or speed, but on presence, relaxation and a deep connection with yourself and with nature.

Time/meeting point
Monday and Wednesday, 7 - 8.30 a.m. / Green Hub Davos, Promenade 87, Davos Platz

Registration fee
With guest card CHF 5.00 per person

Specials
Children from 10 years and accompanied by an adult.

Execution
Takes place in all weather conditions.

Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

Registration deadline
Required until 9 a.m. the day before at the latest, online or at one of the guest service centers in Davos or Klosters.

Please bear in mind that your registration is binding. If you are unable to attend, you are obliged to cancel your booking as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail at the Destination Davos Klosters guest service, so that the place can be passed on to other guests.
