Our Ristorante SAPORI is equipped with an open show kitchen. This gives our guests the opportunity to watch the exciting processes of a hotel kitchen up close, day after day.

CONCEPT

Plenty of space, a magnificent view of the summit, natural light, rather subdued in the evening, noble materials in delicate colours and the gently curved contours of the hall create a décor here that is as elegant as it is simple. Far from all the Italian clichés, here one remains true to the form of beauty for which the country is just as famous as for its cuisine.

At Sapori, you can discover the world of authentic Italian cuisine - with all its flavors, colors and textures. The menu presents the variety of fresh ingredients in all their facets: from cold-pressed olive oil and Mediterranean herbs to freshly caught seafood, tender veal or braised beef. Classics such as “Vitello Tonnato”, “Burratina Artigianale”, homemade tagliatelle, fine risottos, airy, crispy pizzas or the “Branzino alla Acqua Pazza” will transport your senses directly to Italy. Vegetarian and vegan options - such as the summery Acquerello risotto or the Penne all'Arrabbiata - round off the culinary experience.
