At Pulsa Restaurant, Executive Chef Thomas Huber and his team create modern and creative dishes.

On the menu, you'll find a selection of fine meat and fish specialties, as well as the best Grischa Burger ever. Just as important to us as the seasonality and regional origin of our products is the way we make them. Not only is our pasta made in-house, but we also offer bouillon, pickled vegetables, and the delicious mini desserts on our dessert trolley.

At lunchtime, we serve a delicious two-course menu for CHF 25. You can choose between a crisp salad from the buffet or a refreshing dessert. Of course, our delicious homemade pasta is always on the menu at lunchtime, too.
