In addition to the traditional fondue or raclette so popular in the mountains, the menu also features local specialties prepared with more creative flair, resulting in modern and highly appetizing variations. The cheeses are sourced from the region and are served authentically or with contemporary twists, depending on the recipe. The meat is also selected with the utmost care. The Albulatal mountain potatoes are only available at the AlpenGold Hotel. Spices from the surrounding alpine pastures expertly round off the dish. Resistance is futile! And we can certainly use this energy on the snow-covered mountain slopes in the area!
