Who doesn't like to enjoy their cheese in a restaurant with airy ceilings and huge windows overlooking the forest? Wood, of course, is omnipresent and goes perfectly with the modest décor with amber-coloured hangings.
FOOD
In addition to the traditional fondue or raclette so popular in the mountains, the menu also ventures into local specialties in more creative preparations, given a modern and highly appetising twist. The cheeses come from the region and are served authentically or varied according to the recipe. The meat is also selected with the greatest care. The mountain potatoes of the Albula Valley variety are only available like this at the AlpenGold Hotel. Spices from the surrounding alpine pastures skilfully round off the dish. Resistance is pointless! And on the surrounding snow-covered mountain slopes, we can put this energy to good use!
