Berghaus Stafelalp

The StafelAlp was founded by Walsers around 500 years ago. The house is over 250 years old and was established as an inn in 1936. Cooking is still done on a wood-burning cooker, just as it used to be. Modernisation has nevertheless been introduced to some extent. Solar cells generate the electricity for the light in all the rooms.

The StafelAlp is located 1894 metres above sea level in Davos Frauenkirch.

The mountain lodge is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm.
For dinners or special occasions, we are also available at other times by prior arrangement.

The winter hiking trail to the StafelAlp is quiet and beautiful. You can descend free of charge on our wooden sledges.

In summer, the Davos/Klosters biking and hiking paradise beckons.
