Highlight of the British-Swiss Parliamentary Ski Week

The British-Swiss Parliamentary Ski Race is a ski competition with a long tradition that takes place at regular intervals in Davos. The race has been held since 1956 and is considered the oldest parliamentary sporting event in the world.

Parliamentarians and government members from Switzerland and the United Kingdom are eligible to participate. There will be a parallel slalom and a giant slalom.

Ski race on Friday, April 3, 2026

  • 12 noon: Lunch at the Weissfluhjoch Restaurant, followed by the team draw
  • 2 p.m.: Start of the parallel slalom and then the Skichilbi with snacks at the Höhenweg Restaurant

Ski race on Saturday, April 4, 2026

  • 9 to 10 am: Start number distribution on Parsenn at the Höhenweg restaurant
  • 10.30 am: Start of the giant slalom
  • From 6.30 pm: Ranking announcement
