Chalet (75. 30 m2) in a quiet location with terrace, parking, living-dining room (sofa bed), 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each as well as 1 triple room, 1 cot, telephone, separate kitchen with glass ceramic cooker, soapstone cooker with oven, refrigerator, chrome steel pans, small stock of spices and durable food, shower/WC; bed linen, kitchen towels, woollen blankets, duvet nordic (down or wool), composting possible; WiFi; non-smoking house , pets are not allowed! Electric bicycles and electric cars can be charged at extra cost. The Maiensäss is located at 1270 m.ü.M.; access by car is only possible in the snow-free season. On foot from Klosters Platz about 30 minutes along the Rütipromenade. In winter this is more difficult. But there is the possibility of transport by horse-drawn sleigh or jeep by prior arrangement with the landlord.

"Check in" from 12.00 - "Check out" by 10.30 amComing from Landquart, on the Landstrasse after the Landquart bridge turn right into Winkelstrasse (in front of the Parkhotel Silvretta). Continue along the agricultural goods road "Rütipromenade" for 2.5 km, then turn left at number 141, the house is under the railway line to Davos. Permission to drive on the agricultural goods road "untere Rüti" or Rütipromenade with motor vehicles must be obtained from the police station in the town hall and costs CHF 20 per motor vehicle. As the police station is usually closed on arrival days, we will obtain the permit before your arrival and hand it over when you hand over the house.Key: Please contact the care-taker a few days before arrival.
Check in/out & Lage
The published rental price includes rent, electricity and heating in winter. All extras such as driving permits for motor vehicles in the Rütipromenade section, bed linen and kitchen towels, terry cloth towels and bath mats (can also be brought by the tenant), organised transport as well as the use for charging batteries of electric bicycles and electric cars will be charged additionally according to expenditure. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenants.
