Ice bathing & breathing workshop

The winter guest programme offers daily winter experiences:

Programme
What awaits you:
• Controlled experience outside your comfort zone
• An ice bath followed by a warm tea
• A tingling sensation in your body and a smile on your face

Time/meeting point
Tuesday, 7 - approx. 8.30 p.m. / Sailing club at the Strandbad Davosersee, Davos Dorf

Registration fee
With guest card CHF 15.00 per person

Equipment
Warm clothing, beanie, swimming trunks/swimwear, towel and, if available, water shoes. AdventureHealth offers special neoprene socks and bathing ponchos for purchase on site.

Notes
Children aged 12 and over and accompanied by an adult. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Execution
Takes place in all weather conditions.

Insurance
Is the responsibility of the participants.

Registration
Required no later than Monday 4 p.m., online or at one of the guest service centres in Davos or Klosters.

Please bear in mind that your registration is binding. If you are unable to attend, you are obliged to cancel your booking as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail at the Destination Davos Klosters guest service, so that the place can be passed on to other guests.
