Following the change of ownership in spring 2025, the Veltlinerstübli has embarked on a new era with great enthusiasm and passion. The traditional mountain restaurant in Monstein has repositioned itself without losing its time-honored charm. Classics such as the popular game dishes and blueberry cake are, of course, still on the menu.
