The result is a two-story restaurant with a bar and seating for around 120 people, the epitome of cozy comfort – clean and modern, with a welcoming, rustic feel. Après-ski drinks are served from 4 pm, dinner from 6 pm, and the bar stays open until midnight.
The cuisine is down-to-earth and honest, but always imbued with an extra touch of love and curiosity. These creations are brought to life by chef Paride Giuri, who returns to his hometown with this venture. The 27-year-old grew up in Davos and is convinced that a restaurant like Stall Valär is exactly what Europe's highest town has been missing.
