Do you love cheese fondue and raclette as much as we do? In the Pulsa Fonduestube, our service team serves up traditional cheese specialties.

A classic "moitié-moitié" or refined with porcini mushrooms, bacon, tomatoes, or even an exclusive truffle: All fondues are served with bread and all sorts of extras.

For those who aren't into cheese, we recommend our Fondue Chinoise with hand-carved chicken, veal, or beef, along with a choice of sauces and side dishes.

The kitchen team in all our restaurants strives to use the highest quality and, whenever possible, regional ingredients.
