Is a fine dining restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The ingredients for the respective dishes are based on regional and Swiss products. Therefore, we collaborate with local suppliers whenever possible. However, Chef Thomas Huber does not hesitate to incorporate the best worldly ingredients and components into the menu. Instead of a classic menu card, Thomas Huber creates two multi-course menus every two weeks. This caters to both meat and fish enthusiasts as well as vegetarians, providing a diverse culinary experience.
