The insiders' tip

The local insiders' tip away from the hustle and bustle

The insider’s tip among Davos Klosters’ winter sports enthusiasts: the Rinerhorn skiing resort is diverse and far away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Using their ski pass, guests can travel free of charge and in perfect comfort to the lower terminus, both by bus and train.

In addition to its extensive wealth of ski slopes, the resort features a 3.5 km long toboggan run. If you think the winter days are much too short, Rinerhorn is the place to go: two times a week you can go night skiing and night tobogganing.  A beautiful winter hiking trail leads hikers from the upper terminus down into the valley, while sun-seekers can soak up the sun and enjoy the view on the sun decks located in close proximity to the upper terminus.

Sledging at the Rinerhorn

The sledge run at the Rinerhorn, with it’s 33 bends and uniquely steep curves, provides for adventuresome sledging fun for the whole family. Enjoy a leisurely toboggan run together with a loved one or hurtle down the slope on the mini bobsled. The run is also suitable for sport sledgers, especially in the early hours of the morning. The sledge run is 3.5km long and directly underneath the Rinerhorn cablecars. If sledging during the day isn’t enough, every Wednesday and Friday night from 7pm until 11pm, we open for night sledging. Tickets and prices

Rinerhorn is a real local insiders’ tip. For children, there is the fun dwarves’ obstacle course. The ski slopes are ideal for families, but also offer diverse challenges for more ambitioned skiers. An absolute highlight for ambitious skiers is the long run (Number 10 Brand) from Nüllisch Grat back to the bottom station of the Rinerhorn gondola. Tickets and prices

Rinerhorn Dwarf Park

A dwarf run awaits children near the training lift. Cheeky dwarfs and friendly witches line the run and a see-saw and the final jump provide great fun and are sure to get your child's heart beating faster.
