A trail for hikers with good levels of fitness, who are well rewarded. The bus (to book, Tel. +41 (0)81 422 11 97) travels daily to Sardasca, the starting point of the hike. The trail steadily climbs up to the Seetal Mountain Hut SAC above the lake and continues onto Lake Schottensee at an altitude of just under 2,500 metres a.s.l. The highest point of the trail is the Schottenseefürggli, after which comes the descent towards Schlappin, passing Lake Hüenersee and the Kübliser Alp. The rustic "Erika" and "Gemsli" restaurants are perfect for a quick snack before undertaking the final four kilometres to Klosters Dorf. Alternatively you can also return to Klosters by bus from Schlappin.
