1,000 metres of altitude up the Jakobshorn - the ultimate altitude challenge. The Vertical Davos - that's 1,000 metres of altitude from the foot of the Jakobshorn to the summit. The route offers top and hobby runners a varied trail running adventure. The starting point is the Bolgenplaza at the Jakobshorn cable car valley station. Take the wider path through the Mattawald forest to the Jschalp middle station. From there, take a narrower trail uphill to the summit of the Jakobshorn. Once you have reached the Jakobshorn mountain station, you can enjoy the unique panorama and refreshments in the Sun Peak restaurant before taking the Jakobshorn cable car down to the valley.
