The aim of the two new hosts Kathrin Keidel (31) and Marc Maino (57) is to continue the excellent cuisine of Hänggi's. They are focusing on the newly renovated restaurant Bräma. In the newly renovated restaurant Bräma, they focus on varied, seasonal and regional cuisine. They complement this with crispy pizzas from the stone oven. High quality and gentle processing of regional products have top priority. Local is also important to the hosts when it comes to drinks: from Bündner sparkling wine to freshly bottled mountain water. The Bräma also offers reasonably priced lunch menus. There is a vegetarian option or a choice of meat or fish for 21 francs. A pizza menu is also available for the same price.
