Anyone who has recently been to a sports shop will probably already have noticed: There is currently a great demand for snowshoes. In view of this and the great potential of this leisure activity, the destination Davos Klosters is expanding the snowshoe hiking offer in the valley.
Route on the Wolfgang in the valley
One route is planned on the Wolfgang (Wolfgang Trail) as well as three routes in the valley: Tinzenblick Trail, Landwasser Trail, Wildboden Trail. The routes are between two and five kilometres long. The starting and finishing points can also be reached by public transport. And there are restaurants along the route for refreshments in between.
Routes in the valley complement the mountain range
There are currently three official snowshoe routes in Davos, which are marked and secured. All routes are located on the mountains Pischa and Jakobshorn. But there is also an update on the mountain range: this winter a new route on the Rinerhorn is planned. Details will follow.
