Gault Millau Guide 2023: Tips in Davos Klosters

Gault & Millau Switzerland" recently presented its new edition. Five restaurants from Davos Klosters are included. First and foremost is the "Chesa Grischuna" in Klosters, which was awarded 15 points.

The best restaurants from Switzerland make it into the annual Gault-Millau guide. In the latest edition, five gourmet addresses from Davos Klosters are also included:

• Chesa Grischuna, Klosters: 15 points
• Pöstli Restaurant (Morosani Posthotel), Davos: 14 points
• Restaurant Jarno (Hotel Meierhof). Davos: 13 points
• Grischunstübli/Bündnerstübli (Hotel Alpina), Klosters: 13 points
• Vereina Stübli (Hotel Vereina), Klosters: 13 points

How the Gault-Millau Guide rates
The point system ranges from 12 to 20 points. Whereas 12 points stands for good cuisine without special ambitions. 20 points corresponds to the ideal score, which has never been awarded in Switzerland. The testers evaluate quality and product freshness, creativity and professionalism of preparation, harmony of the individual dishes and the menu sequence, exact adherence to cooking times, wholesomeness and presentation, and consistency of kitchen performance.
