The point system ranges from 12 to 20 points. Where 12 points stands for good cuisine without special ambitions. 20 points corresponds to the ideal score, which has never been awarded in Switzerland. The testers evaluate quality and product freshness, creativity and professionalism in preparation, the harmony of the individual dishes and the menu sequence, the exact adherence to cooking times, the digestibility and presentation and the consistency of the kitchen performance.
