Successful days for Sina Frei at the Mountain Bike World Championships

Two precious metals: The Davos Klosters ambassador Sina Frei also embodied the claim Sports Unlimited in Val di Sole, Italy. She won gold in the short track and bronze in the XCO race at the Mountain Bike World Championships.

After her silver medal in the cross-country race at the Olympic Games, mountain biker Sina Frei also showed her best side at the second highlight of this season. The 24-year-old crowned herself the first short track world champion in history in Val di Sole. And she did the same within 48 hours: she secured bronze in the XCO race at the title competitions. "I am very happy. If someone had offered me two medals before the World Championships, I would have accepted them straight away," Sina Frei summed up.

Next highlight coming up
The next highlight for the successful mountain biker is already this week. From Friday, Sina Frei will be at the start of the UCI World Cup in Lenzerheide. "We are already keeping our fingers crossed for our bike ambassador," says Reto Branschi, Director/CEO of Destination Davos Klosters. The partnership between Sina Frei and Destination Davos Klosters has been running for an indefinite period for two months.
