The Masters World Cup is considered the unofficial world championship for amateur cross-country skiers and former elite athletes over the age of 30. Since March 8, they have been competing on the trails in and around Klosters. "The warm weather wasn't ideal, but the trails are holding up, and the atmosphere is fantastic," says organizing committee president Dominik Heeb. "On Monday and especially Tuesday, the trails were excellent considering the weather conditions. It was cold enough at night."
Further highlights include the Champion's Race on the evening of March 12 and the relay race on March 13 (10 a.m.), featuring prominent Swiss participation. The Masters World Cup will be in Klosters until March 15.
