Rebuilding

After his ranch is completely destroyed by a forest fire, the reserved Dusty (Josh O'Connor) is forced to move into a temporary trailer park. Between shared meals and memories with the other residents, Dusty gradually manages to open up. In doing so, he not only finds a new kind of family, but also a way back to his young daughter. Rebuilding tells a universal story about loss, new beginnings and the power of community. In atmospheric images reminiscent of The Rider and Nomadland, a deeply moving drama unfolds that has thrilled audiences and film critics alike. Max Walker-Silverman's film is carried by Josh O'Connor (Challengers, The Crown, La Chimera), who delivers a sensitive and subtle performance in the role of a lost cowboy.
