Man-soo (Lee Byung-Hun) has everything: a loving family, two dogs and the house he grew up in. But after 25 years of loyal service at Solar Paper, he is suddenly dismissed. The mortgage soon remains unpaid, and his wife Mi-ri (Son Yejin) urges him to sell the house. Desperate to find a job, Man-soo faces stiff competition from equally qualified applicants. So he hatches a plan: he will use a bogus company to cold-bloodedly eliminate the competition. Following DECISION TO LEAVE, Park Chan-wook brings another astute satire to the screen. A bitterly angry commentary on the abysses of the modern working world.
