Yoga im Museum

A piece of art by Lyonel Feininger inspires a yoga session in the exhibition rooms of the Kirchner Museum, led by yoga instructor Sabine Roder. In times of change and uncertainty, yoga can help us return to a place of inner peace and stability. In this class, we devote ourselves to a practice that grounds and strengthens you, no matter what is happening around you. Through asanas (postures), breathing exercises and mindful meditation, we calm the nervous system and build resilience. We create space to let go of what is no longer useful. This practice is an invitation to regain trust in turbulent times and to find stability in your own body and in the moment. Mats can be rented.
