A touch of culinary excellence is coming to Davos Klosters: Chef Benoit Vidal.

From late March to early April 2026 the new gourmet event will take place for the first time in collaboration with Sapori Ticino. Top chefs will combine alpine refinement with Mediterranean lightness, creating unique culinary experiences amidst the Davos mountains. A feast for the palate and senses – exclusive, inspiring and unforgettable.

The renowned concept of “S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino” is coming to Davos Klosters for the first time, transforming the AlpenGold Hotel Davos into a hotspot for French haute cuisine. Exclusive to us: Benoit Vidal, who will be cooking right here in our hotel – supported by the talented kitchen team at AlpenGold. Experience an exquisite menu including wine pairing for CHF 290 at La Muña.
