Once a year the old mill is set in motion under the public eye. On millers day it grinds locally grown wheat and corn for show and later use. Flour from the old mill is used to make delicious bread that is being baked in the wood stove next to the mill. Served together with local specialities it makes a day of reveling in the garden of the museum.
