Climbing tips in Davos Klosters

Climbing on a high bridge pillar, in climbing gardens outside on the rock or, in bad weather, indoors in the climbing hall: if you love climbing, you'll find a wide range of options in Davos Klosters.

In Klosters it's a steep climb. 77 metres, to be exact. We are talking about the new climbing park "Sunnibergbrücke Climbing". A total of 20 climbing routes as well as two so-called multi-rope routes have been created at bridge pier number two. The climbing facility is free of charge and open to the public, but for insurance purposes you do it at your own risk.

Schlifitschuggen in Klosters

Above Klosters Dorf, at the entrance to the Schlappintal, lies the shady Schlifitschuggen. A huge boulder on which generations of local climbers have worked. Rain-safe endurance routes with tricky single pitches on sloping ledges challenge here. This area is one of the most important climbing areas in Klosters and the Prättigau.

Climbing & Bouldering Halls

In addition to climbing adventures outside on the rock, the destination Davos Klosters also offers bouldering and climbing halls. These indoor walls are ideal for bridging rainy days and staying fit in winter.

Climbing wall in the Färbi sports hall Davos

Exercise your strength, balance and dexterity on a wall that challenges you in stages. Fifty routes of all difficulty levels and a bouldering facility are installed on an area of 564 m2. On the climbing wall, there are two sectors with inclined profiles for beginners and children. For cracks, there are overhanging and even horizontal sectors that are almost nine metres high at the highest point. The main wall is designed for moderate climbing levels.
