Great fun and adventure is on offer on 5 courses, each with 6 to 8 stations and in various degrees of difficulty. However, the focus here is not on the degree of difficulty but on the experience.
Visitors to the high-rope park are given instruction on safety techniques by staff, who also supervise the facility. Basic belaying principles then apply, with users checking each other as well as themselves. A continuous safety system will be installed on the children’s course to ensure the safety of small children.
Schatzalp is the starting point for hiking in Davos! Schatzalp has several picnic and barbecue spots with firewood provided. Children are very welcome, whether on the summer roller-sledge run, the playgrounds or at the Panorama Restaurant.
The RhB also offers alternatives: Like on the Davos-Filisur-Bergün-Preda line. When you ride in an open-top RhB carriage, you can almost reach out and touch the sky; complete with precipitous views to make you shudder.
You can put your muscles and courage to the test under expert guidance for training purposes, for fun or out of pure curiosity. Among its many attractions the park has a climbing tree, cable car, rope bridge and a waterfall.
Different courses with mountain guides are on offer on a regular base. Suitable for adrenaline-junkies from 8 years.
On the trail of Purzel the dwarf, you and your children experience a fabulous adventure in the Klosters forest! You hike along forest tracks, cross hanging bridges and meet Purzel and his companions. Together with your children, you build a tiny dwarf’s house and garden, dam streams, play games and have lots of fun in the fresh air.
Youngsters will find plenty to keep them occupied on the glorious big playgrounds in the beautiful and centrally located Kurpark Davos and Silvretta Park Klosters with wooden airplane, the swings, water game and many other attractions.
But also in the surrounding and the mountain area many more children's playgrounds invite to linger.
