After 16 years, the Prader family is giving up its private museum, which is one of the largest toy museums in Europe. The collection is arranged by topic in various rooms and displayed in over 90 showcases. Exhibits date from the late 17th to the 20th century. The oldest is a perfectly preserved English child’s rattle in the shape of a doll dating from 1699. The special exhibition entitled “Homage to the 1950s” shows model railways from this era.
