Pischa attracts sporty people who are looking for an alternative in wild and untouched nature. The organisers are currently evaluating, which additional winter sports that don’t need a groomed slope can be offered on Pischa. More information will become available throughout the summer.
Two winter hiking trails start at the upper terminus on Pischa. The circular trail and the hiking trail Meder, which leads all the way up to Hüreli when conditions are favourable. Both trails are groomed and feature oases of tranquillity within the silent mountain world and boast an impressive panorama.
Enjoy the beautiful views onto the surrounding mountains and the Davos landscape. The Pischa Bergrestaurant is a cosy self-service restaurant, which is divided into the main restaurant and the two separate areas, Mattlistube and Friedlstube. Get spoiled at Mäderbeiz at 2000 m above sea level. Or simply enjoy the view onto the Davos mountains on one of our deck chairs furnished with a sheepskin and a cosy woolly blanket. A culinary highlight at the homely mountain restaurant is the fresh pizza baked in the wood-fired oven. Mäderbeiz is ideal for snowshoe trekkers, hikers, touring riders and Pischa skiers. Also open in the evening; groups are kindly asked to book in advance: tel. +41 81 416 17 27.
